Construction begins on our latest residential project, Elia Taylor

We’re excited to announce that construction has officially begun on our latest residential project, Elia Taylor. The project being built by the team from Nikias Diamond, is set to feature a mix of 72 townhomes and apartments and a focus on liveability and luxury.

Positioned along Robyn Boyd Crescent and Devenish Street, the project is located on the doorstep of Devenish Street Park, the new Taylor School, Taylor community super park and all the modern and convenient amenity of the Casey Market Town, Amaroo group centre and future Moncrieff Group Centre.

Construction on the project is expected to be completed late 2023.
