Bronte Group was approached by the client prior to the Suburban Land Agency Tender for site due diligence, Expressions of Interest Submission along with planning, construction and development finance advice.

The client was successful in the EOI process which has now led to an amalgamation of a number of existing smaller facilities to a business headquarters. The facility will contain head office, retail and manufacturing uses in the purpose built facility.

Bronte Group undertook a range of development scenarios with the client taking them through the DA process which is now approved, builder engaged and under construction.
