Completed by Bronte Group in 2019, The Foundry located in Taylor, positioned conveniently across from the Taylor Primary School and neighbourhood park comprises 36 townhouses in 2 and 3 bedroom designs. Designed by award-winning DNA Architects, The Foundry was designed to maximise living space, natural light and cross flow ventilation across a range of floor plan types with ceiling heights ranging from 2.5m to 3.5m.

The project was delivered with a focus on sustainability, with lower operating costs through sustainable design and features such as energy efficient and renewable technologies including LED lighting, water conservation with efficient tapware and rain water harvesting, and utilising low impact building materials.
