CONSTRUCTION

Construction nearing completion

We’re excited to share our latest Solai Buyer’s Update, as construction nears completion!

As of early April, the final scaffolding has been removed from the apartment building, with final touches now being completed across the facades of all townhome and apartment buildings.

The external driveways have also be installed across the site, with landscaping beginning to be installed across the townhomes off Romano Street and Fong Lim Way.

Internal works are also nearing completion across both the townhomes and apartments.

We currently estimate the Pre-Settlement process to begin from late May, with settlements to be called between July and August. You can find out more about the expected timeline of settlements at the bottom of this page.

Preparation for Settlement

STEP 2

Certificate of Occupancy

Your bank will require a Certificate of Occupancy to approve finance, which is expected to be issued in late May. You will then be able to apply for final approval with your bank.

sTEP 1 

Contact your broker

We recommend getting in touch with your broker as soon as possible to begin discussions and paperwork for finance (if required).

STEP 3

Bank valuation

As part of your finance approval process, your bank may arrange a valuation of your property at Solai with our team. Our team will then coordinate with your bank to conduct valuations as required. We expect valuations to commence in early June.

STEP 4

Pre-Settlement Inspection

As part of the pre-settlement process, you will be invited to attend a Pre-Settlement Inspection of your property. This will be your opportunity to thoroughly inspect your new home to ensure everything has been completed to the high quality expected. We will be sending you more detailed information in May for booking in your Pre-Settlement Inspection from late June.

STEP 5

Settlement + Move In

Following registration of the Units Plan, settlements will be called, allowing 21 days for your bank to process the settlement. Once settlement has occurred, our friendly team will be in touch to arrange collection of your keys for you to move into your new home at Solai.
